Clothing ie hot or cold

Postby daisygirl » Tue Mar 29, 2016 11:12 pm

Time to start packing fo next week now that the karts are ready. Does anyone know how hot/cold it might be at Ivanpah. We might be staying overnight in the camper so will we need heavy jackets for night time? Ant advice from past attendees appreciated.

The weather forecast looks pretty typical right now.

Nighttime lows can get into the low/mid teens centigrade (right at sunrise).
Evening festivities will probably see temps around 20C or a bit lower.

As you can see from the forecast graph below, lower temperatures are also possible.
A daytime high of only 14C is not impossible with overnight lows into the single digits (ex. tomorrow morning will see 6C).
